Exterior Paint Color Specifications

One of the color combinations was used on your residence when it was built.

Homeowners shall only use these color combinations on their houses.   If a

homeowner wishes to change the exterior color combination on a house, one of the

other combinations must be used.   The Board of Directors may grant an exception to

the above colors if in its sole judgment the different color combination would not

have an adverse impact on the harmony of external design, color, materials, and

location in relation to surrounding structures and environment and conformity with

the design concept of the community.   Homeowners should include with their ACC

applications samples of colors.

If you are considering painting your house, you need to review the list of approved

colors, our ACC Policy and Procedures, and file an ACC Exterior Change Request

Form before you begin the project. This condition applies even if you intend to use

the same colors the builder or previous owner used.
