Screen Porches & Pool Enclosures

Screen porches must be constructed of the same material as the house. No metal

porches including knee walls are permitted . The homeowner must provide written

specifications and drawings with the ACC application.

Pool enclosures, including roofing materials, must be constructed with white

aluminum framing and gray mesh screens.   Aluminum kick plates are allowed if the

property backs up to a wooded area or is totally enclosed within a fenced yard. The

homeowner must provide written specifications and drawings with the ACC

application.
