Storm Doors
Storm Doors come in a variety of styles and colors. The Board of Directors
recognizes that each homeowner will have a different preference for the type of
storm door suitable for their dwelling. Homeowners should include with their ACC
application a brochure with pictures of the proposed storm door. The ACC will review
the proposed storm door for conformity with the design concept of the community.
Swing Sets
Swing Sets must be placed within a fenced backyard and property setback lines. A
swing set must not compromise the privacy of neighbors. ACC approval is required
before installation.
